    • If you don't have a subscription, go to ifyoucanmove.com and create one and then email us. We will then add the FREE 1-month coupon to your new subscription trial.
    • After your free 1 month subscription expires, you will be charged $11.99 per month.
    • If you cancel your subscription and it is not active during the challenge, you will not have access to the Home page and its 100+ videos.
    • You can update your subscription to the Annual plan or cancel your account at any time by going to the Subscription Billing Portal in your Account page.
