This is really challenging my mental and physical abilities but I love that she delivers every time. It feels like she knows what we needs, just what to say when we feel like giving up. She will always have a supporter. I'll keep suggesting these last 6-7 months need to be on a DVD so we can purchase or add them to the gym for new material. The old is great but I would like to see recent workouts. I think it will entice me to purchase the subscription to the online gym.
