Trap N Tone 3 is a fun and energizing take on lifting weights. Working out with weights can be torture but THIS program along with our live DJ will bring all the heat and definitely the vibes you need to WERK THOSE MUSCLES, MOVE YOUR BODY and SWEAT to today’s popular Hiphop/Trap music!

 

We will be using dumbbells (light and heavy), our TeamLaShae weighted resistance bands, and aerobic step (optional).

You’ll learn each combo accompanied by modifications if needed. ALL fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to join!
